Need a campsite and we were full? We are very sorry if we couldn't provide you the campsite that you requested. Did you request to be placed on our waiting list?

We recommend you look at one of our fellow Penna. Campground Owner Parks in Western PA. You can find those campgrounds online at: www.pacamping.com! Again, we're sorry we couldn't serve you, but we thank you for camping with us, and we hope that you'll make an advance reservation for a future weekend! Thank you!

Recommendations for making Reservations at Brookdale Family Campground:

We process our Reservation Request Forms multiple times a day during normal business hours. However, if you wish to make your reservation right now, you may do so by calling our Reservations Line: 814-789-3251 with a credit card ready to make your reservation. Please either submit an online reservation request or call us. If you have submitted a form, please wait for us to call you. Thank you.
To Make A Reservation Request Electronically: Please complete and submit the above reservation request form. When we receive your email with your reservation request, we'll call you to get your credit card number, unless you provide a check number. We charge nothing to your credit card at the time you make your reservation. We simply hold campsite for you with it. You may pay for your campsite by cash, personal check (PA residents, only), travelers checks, or credit card at the time of check-in.
To Mail the deposit of a check or money order made out to: Brookdale Family Campground at 25164 State Hwy 27, Meadville PA 16335. Your deposit must be received at least one week in advance of your reservation arrival date. (We accept checks only from Pennsylvania residents).
Holiday Weekends: Must have one night's deposit or a valid credit card number. Your credit card will be charged for one night at the rate for the weekend of your reservations (i.e. if it's a special weekend or holiday) for all short notice cancellations (as listed under our cancellation policy below) and no shows.
All Cabin Rentals require a credit card to make reservations. Pets are not allowed when camping in cabins. No Smoking, please. Any damage to the cabins will be charged to your credit card at the current replacement costs.

We accept reservations for a specific site but reserve the right to make substitutions. Sometimes there are problems or issues beyond our control. We appreciate your cooperation if you are asked to be moved.
Cancellation Policy: For a full refund, cancellations must be received seven (7) days prior to the arrival date. One nights rental rate for each cabin or campsite reserved will be charged to your credit card at the rate for that particular weekend for cancellations less than seven (7) days.

Rain Checks and Refunds: Are issued for bad weather or family emergencies at the discretion of management.
Check-ins are required during normal office/store operating hours. We do not allow late-night check-ins after 11:00 (Quiet Hours) because it is discourteous to other campers. No early check-ins (prior to 2:00 pm for campsites & 3:00 pm for cabins) on Saturday, unless you pay for Friday night. Check out Saturdays is at 1:00 for cabins and 2:00 for campsites.
Reservations for next season may be made this year on that weekend, before you leave. If you'd like to reserve the same campsite that you are on this year for the same weekend next year, you may do so (this year) before you leave. If you fail to make the reservation prior to leaving, that site is considered "open" and may be reserved by anyone requesting it, the week after the holiday this year.
We reserve the right to refuse service. Those publicly drunk, disobeying the rules, or creating a disturbance with other campers will be removed from the park without refund.
