At Brookdale Family Campground, all of our 162 open or shaded campsites come with a picnic table and fire ring, so you can enjoy a campfire cooked meal, make s'mores, or just relax by the campfire! We feature lake front camping for tent campers who enjoy having an island unto themselves. We also have open and shaded electric and water sites that are conveniently located near our bathhouse facility for your tent or pop-up, and of course, we have primitive tent camping as well. We boast RV campsites for even the extra large RV's. Our pull-through, full hook-up campsites and selected 50 amp service sites are built specifically for the really big RV's. Rates, Reservations, & Cancellation Policy:

Prices quoted are for 2 adults and 2 children 18 or under. Children over 18 are considered adults and are charged the extra adult rate.

Holidays are a 3 night minimum, & Special Weekends are a 2 night minimum!

Weekly rates: Weeks that include a Holiday or Special Event Weekend will have the premium rate per night added to the weekly rate shown.

We accept only one discount per customer. No other discounts or coupons may be used with club discounts nor with other coupons or other discount programs or offers.

We will reserve specific sites: But we reserve the right to make substitutions.

Check-in/check-out time is 2:00. No early Saturday Check-ins. Saturday check-ins prior to 2:00 will be charged for Friday night. Check-ins should be during normal store/office operating hours. Absolutely no check-ins after 11:00 pm.

Rain Checks and Refunds: Are issued for bad weather or family emergencies at the discretion of management. If you camp with us and it rains, we will give you a rain gage discount (based on measured rain gage amounts) for your next visit! See our discounts page for more information on our rain gage offer.

Seasonal Camping season runs April 23,2010 - October 17, 2010 and start at $1,700 for a family of 2 adults
and 2 children or three adults. We give a $50.00 rebate for payment in full by January 1, 2010, making your seasonal campsite just $1650! See our Seasonal Camper page. Call us at 814-789-3251 to make an appointment to see our available sites today!
Mini-Seasonal Sites start at $935.00 (4/23-7/20 or 7/21-10/17 on selected sites only.)
Monthly Rates are $600 with Metered Electric on selected sites only. Monthly rates includes metered 30 amp electric service, water, sewer hook-ups, activities & events, mowing of campsite, and camping generated refuse service on unused seasonal campsites, only. Monthly rates for an overnight site are without metered electric and is 4X the weekly rate.
RV Storage Rates:

Winter Storage: Oct. 17 - Apr 23 for only $150.00! (Off-site, outside storage winter months ONLY).

Summer Storage: April 23 - Oct. 17 for only $180.00! (Off-site, outside storage with $10.00 per move, site spotting fee). Ask at the office for details.
