Reservations, Deposits, & Cancellations:

• All reservations require a deposit or valid credit card number.  One night's deposit which will be charged for short-notice cancellations and no-shows at the rate for that weekend.  Full refunds require cancellation seven days prior to the date of arrival.  All refunds and rain checks are at the discretion of Management. 
• Holiday Reservations and special event weekends ($) require on night's deposit or a valid credit card number which will be charged one night at the premium rate for short-notice cancellations and no-shows.  Full refunds requires cancellation seven days prior to the date of arrival.  All refunds and rain checks are at the discretion of Management, but never include the non-refundable premium fee charged for holidays & special weekends.  Coupons & rain  checks are not accepted for redemption on holiday & premium priced weekends, but may be used to extend the holiday or premium weekend by one regular rate night.
• We accept only one discount per customer.  No other discounts or coupons may be used with club discounts nor with other coupons or other discount programs or offers.   
• We accept only Penna. residents personal checks:  They must be received at least seven days prior to the reserved arrival date.  We do charge a $35.00 NSF fee for any returned checks. 
• We will reserve specific sites: But we reserve the right to make substitutions.
• Check-in/check-out time is 2:00.  No early Saturday Check-ins.  Saturday check-ins prior to 2:00 will be charged for Friday night.  Check-ins should be during normal store/office operating hours.  Absolutely no check-ins after 11:00 pm.  

Seasonal Rates:

Starting at $1,525 for a family of 2 adults and 2 children or three adults.  Mini-Seasonal sites start at $860.00 (4/26-7/20 or 7/21-10/19 on selected  sites only.)  Seasonal and mini-Seasonal site rates include:  

• Metered Electric -- you only pay for what you use! 

• We do the mowing!

• We provide one free dump per week for any non-sewered sites!

• Unlimited Camping! 

• Use of all facilities, all activities, and events!

• Free onsite winter storage with your deposit for the next season!

• Interest free winter payment plan to meet your family's budget!

• Nov. 1 - Apr 26 for only $150.00!  (Off-site, outside storage winter months ONLY).
• April 26 - Oct. 19 for only $180.00!  (Off-site, outside storage with $10.00 per move, site spotting fee).  Ask at the office for details.
